At ByMaral, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process. Except the ones being made specifically for you and as per your order and our accessories.
Returns
You may return any item within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund, with the exception of items that have been custom-designed and cut to order and accessories.
Refunds
– Refunds will be processed within 5
business days after receiving the returned item.
– We’ll refund the purchase price minus any shipping costs.
Conditions for Returns
– The item must be in its original
condition with all tags and packaging.
– We cannot accept returns for items that are damaged, used, or not in their original condition.
Change of Mind
Please note that returns for change of mind are not possible for items that have been custom-designed and cut to order. We take pride in offering unique, made-to-order clothing and accessories.
How to Initiate a Return

Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you receive an item that you’re not satisfied with, please initiate a return, and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item,
please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will provide a
replacement or a full refund.
